Well, it was an amazing experience for us. The staff is next level understanding and helpful. They definitely work over and beyond along with you to settle if any of the discmofort does exist. The manager is also a very nice person. The location is very prime in terms of connectivity and reachability. About the fooding this hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor. Well, it depends on the taste of an individual if you happen to like or not, but yeah, it does offer a variety of options.

Very near to the KSRTC bus stand. Stay was good but food quality was not so great. They (restaurant and hotel reception guys) keep hopping us to get plate though they are in the same building. Complementary Breakfast options are very limited. You will only get Plane dosa and bread omlet and if you are lucky(!) If won't get it in your room.

At present staying at hotel, ordered food but they unable to provide plate n spoon. So we cancelled the order. No one to address our concerns. Asked at reception, they can’t help they told. Hotels run without owners are worstly maintained. Do they expect guests to bring plate , spoon n glass from their home?
